About Our Campgrounds
Location
Our campgrounds are located at the northwest corner of the Junction of Highways 9 and 86, four miles west of Spirit Lake, IA, and a quarter mile from the northwest end of West Okoboji Lake.
Campsite Availability
We offer limited campsites with full hookups, including electricity, water, and sewer. Our campsites are situated in a clean and well-maintained grassy grove area.
Campground Features
We pride ourselves on being a private and easy-to-find campground. Our on-site general store provides restrooms and is open from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. during the peak season (Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day weekend) and from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. the rest of the year.
At Vick’s Corner World, we supply firewood and 20 lb. LP gas exchange tanks (grill size). Due to the grassy nature of our area, we only allow fires in self-contained burning units. We have limited portable burn pits available and several picnic tables for your convenience. Our electrical hookups offer 30-amp regular-size plugs, while full hookup sites use 30-amp large round plugs.

Pets and Equipment
Pets are welcome but must be kept on a leash, in a cage, and under your control. Extra equipment, such as boats, wave runners, and snowmobiles, can be brought along but may need to be parked near your site due to space limitations at full hookup areas.
Outdoor Activities
Experience excellent hunting and fishing opportunities well into the fall and great ice fishing and winter sports during the colder months.
