- Booth Spot Rental: $125.00 per booth (paid in advance).
- Food Vendor Booth Rental: $150.00, plus a $25.00 electrical fee per show.
*Important: Sub-selling, renting, leasing, or loaning booths is prohibited. Sharing a booth is allowed only with prior approval at least 10 days before the show.
Rules and Regulations:
- Food Sales: No edible or drinkable items are allowed for sale except at the food concession stands.
- Animals: Pets are not permitted unless they are leashed or caged and under complete control.
- Discounts: Vendors participating in multiple events can receive a spring discount of $5.00 per show, provided all fees, including electricity, are paid in advance by March 31st.
- Arrival and Departure: Dealers can arrive up to three days before the show and stay up to two days after. Any extra days will incur the regular camping rate of $20.00 per day. If you had a booth last year, you have the first choice for that same booth this year if fees are paid in advance.
Dealer Responsibilities:
- Operation Hours: Vendors must keep their booths open until at least 5 p.m. and must not leave until 6 p.m., including on the last day of the event. Leaving early may result in forfeiting your booth for future shows.
- Clean-Up: Each vendor is responsible for keeping their area clean, including disposing trash in the provided dumpsters. After the show, all planks and blocks must be returned to their original locations.
- Additional Rules: Do not drive screws or staples into the planks or trees, as this can cause injuries or damage. If you see anyone soliciting for other events, please report it immediately.
Additional Amenities
One of the food concessions offers breakfast from 7 to 9 a.m. and dinner from 6 to 7 p.m. during the shows. A shower is available for dealers only while the show is running.
